As the Nordic Room if a fully bespoke product it is very difficult to give an exact price for a client without actually going through all the choices we have. As an indication of our pricing we have made 3 examples below on how much a Nordic Room can be. Note: All costs are project specific and below prices reflect as of July 2023.

20 Sqm studio garden room

Total cost: £34,742 with a 4 meter Panoramic Bi-fold door, internal electrical pack, labour, foundation, and local delivery.
Cost per Sqm: £1,737 incl. VAT

Made to measure garden rooms

20m2 garden room

30 Sqm studio with shower & shed

Total cost: £45,196 with Panoramic Bi-fold doors, electrical pack, wc/shower room, decking steps, labour, foundation, and local delivery. Cost per Sqm: £1,507 incl. VAT

35.5 Sqm multi room with W/C

Total cost: £50,350 with standard french doors, electrical pack, fully kitted W/C, extra large decking, labour, foundation and local delivery. Cost per Sqm: £1,418 incl. VAT

Foundation	Included	Standard concrete point foundation built to a flat and cleared site
Doors & Windows	Included	As seen on drawing in Anthracite grey. Upgrades to other windows/doors available.
Cladding	Horizontal included	Vertical laid cladding is an upgrade
Electrical pack	Included	See WFH material description
Heating	Included	One panel heater as per WFH material description
Warranty	Included	A 10 year build and material warranty
Decking	Priced separately	£99.60 per m2 built decking including foundation stones and joists.
Fire rated walls	Quoted separately	If closer than 1 meter to boundary a fire cladding is needed at £67.80 per m2 net wall.
